Another hard to find and vintage item - Tohio Akanuma's SM-7 Sword and Dice Magic Trick Made in Japan
"A die is shown and put into an oblong box which has two windows. A sword is put through the box so that it penetrates the die and holds it captive. The performer causes the die to escape from the sword and it falls free from the box."
This item came from the estate of a home magician. It comes with complete instructions and necessary props
. Please see pics as box does show yellowing, age stains and slight damage. The sword may be able to be polished - I did not attempt.

A vintage model unlike any you've ever seen. Has the ability to be "quiet" as the box is tilted to either side or make the sound of the sliding from side to side when magician desires. This may very well surprise magicians in the audience. Most outfits will automatically slide from side and make the "sound". It is controlled by the magician and no body can tell how he does it. Very well made. Doesn't appear to have ever been used as die and shell are remarkably mint as is the cabinet. Hinges still shiny, with original instructions. Die is 2 3/4" square.
