Arnold Palmer 50th Anniversary 1954-2004
Commemorative Set of 5 Coins
Designed by famed bronze and medallica artist Heidi Wastweet
This set has been in my possession since 2005, and is in excellent condition. The coins come in a hinged black case with a fabric upper and velour covered foam lower. The inside of the case is marked "Arnold Palmer's 50th, 1954-2004, Encore Bank." A document describing the coins and crediting the artist Heidi Wastweet is included inside. Coins measure 1 7/8" wide. The box measures 7 1/4" by 5" by 1 3/8". Coins weigh 1.7 ounces or 49 grams. In complete honesty, I do not know the composition of the coins. I believe that they are silver over bronze.

Arnold Palmer bids farewell from the old course at St. Andrews.
A spectacular final round 65 gave Palmer the 1960 US Open at Cherry Hills.
The 2004 Masters marked 50 consecutive appearances for Arnold Palmer.
