The Dinner featured a presentation of a Lifetime Achievement Award presented to Arnold for his outstanding work and selfless giving to the local Pitt area community (and beyond)....

WIN!
The most extraordinary thing about Trevor Immelman’s 2008 Masters victory was not that he held at least a share of the lead at the end of each round, nor that he held off a charging Tiger Woods on the last day, nor that he was considered by bookmakers to be an 80/1 shot for victory at the beginning of the week. The most extraordinary thing was the behind the scenes relationship during Masters Week that Trevor Immelman had with fellow South African and iconic golfer, Gary Player. Naturally, Immelman’s Masters victory was big news back home in South Africa. Since Gary Player’s 1978 Masters win 30 years earlier, Ernie Els and Retief Goosen had won four U.S. Opens and an Open between them, but the prestige of a Augusta National’s Masters Tournament Title had avoided them. In 2008, Immelman played a practice round with Gary Player on Tuesday. I was able to catch a few photographs of Trevor Immelman and Gary Player during those moments as Player was obviously providing Immelman with as many tips about the course as he possibly could. It must have worked and Trevor Immelman won the 2008 Masters!
This Official 2008 Masters Flag is brand new and still in its sealed original sleeve. It measures 13” tall and 17 1/2” wide. You will also receive three 5” x 7” photographs that I took of Gary Player and Trevor Immelman during the Practice Round on the Tuesday just prior to the Thursday start of The Masters Tournament.
