Chop Chop originated this effect.  2 (metal) plates shown and holding one in each hand, dipped into a box  or bowl of confetti, allowing it to fall and flutter into the box or bowl.  Upon lifting plates on last time, one is filled with the fluttery chips of paper and covered with the other bowl.  When separated, the confetti is gone and is replaced with a dove, silks, flowers or what-ever will fit.  If a dove is used, you'll have to clip the tail feathers as plates are only 9" across.  Stunning productions of silks, even a 6 ft. one, or allow spring flowers to cascade from within the bowls. If a collector, these are really difficult to find.  With Chop Chop instrs.  You'll need to spray liquid adhesive onto bottom of the middle bowl as this was never used, then apply your own confetti...shred funny papers and clip tips with scissors to make your own.  Gimmick plate is shown in center of both pictures.  Very well made, easy to handle.
