Vintage lucite cube paperweight containing a replica of a Remade Bramble Ball from 1899, one of the first practical rubber golf balls.
One side of the paperweight is labeled inside "Bramble Ball Replica - Cast from original 1899 mold - Especially for Chief Executives Forum - Gleneagles, Scotland September, 1971". The bramble ball inside is labeled on each end in red "PAT.APR. - REMADE - 11-99".
The paperweight measures 2.5" on every side; the bramble ball inside is about 1.5" in diameter.
