Works on 3AA Batteries (not included). Speak into the microphone to active jaw and make eyes flash. A great halloween or magic show prop! Comes in original packaging - top of box is labeled as skull talker 24437 althought it comes with original instructions for "Talking Thru Mr. Jones Bones - Product No 12991" from 2001. Measures approx. 8 3/4 x 4 1/2 x 7
